Powerline not working on 1 specific plug outlet

Not sure if this is correct forum, but got a set of 3 powerline adaptors which have been working fine up to now.

One of them has stopped working, even after resetting and repairing them. All lights stay on all the time, when one should only be flashing when data is incoming.

Tried another one of the plugs in the same socket, and once placed there, it doesn't work either.

In that plug socket, if I pull out plug without switching off first, I've noticed it can trip the whole house. Does it sound like the socket is the issue?

Socket is probably the issue. Try nearby sockets in same room or neighbouring rooms.
