Best place to exchange a few thousand stirling

    Hi all, I have a few thousand stirling in cash due to a wedding and wanted to see where the best place is to exchange to euros? I live about 30 mins from Newry so i dont mind having to travel over the border if there is somewhere suitable there.

    Maybe call them ahead and you might get a better rate of they can transfer the Euro amount into an account.

    Make sure you bring official ID including official address ID for that amount of cash.

    You'd get the best return on it by hanging onto it and doing your weekly shop in the North...
