It depends on:
The size of the transfer
The service you require - Advice or DIY
The Fund/s you want to invest the transfer in
A general guide might be in the region of 0.75% to 1.5% Annual Management Charge, with 100% Allocation.

You can buy a cheap b.o.b. from a discount broker (or potentially any broker) but you'll get no help in chosing the best fund(s) or most competitive provider.
