    NCT in Dublin/Leinster area is down or the system doesn't list appointments that far into the future?

    Best time to look for a booking is about 23.30 but you might need to move at short notice.

    I have a trip down to Arklow in the morning booked that I got just after I posted.

    I had a booking made on Jan 5th 2023, for a test on July 6th 2023, that has just been cancelled by NCT in a text notification. I now have to book again.... I had preciously complained to Minister Jack Chambers about the total fiasco that the NCT system has become, but he apparently has no direct role in ensuring that motorists get the service they are obligated (by his government) to engage with. I was told that things would improve 'by the summer'. My experience would suggest that this will not be the case.

    I presume that he has his explanation excuses lined up already, because he is going to need them. They are all clowns, the people who have the contract to provide NCT services and the government individuals and quangos that pretend to regulate them... until the sh1t hits the fan and then they all run away.
