No local BBC HD channel on Zgemma

I have a Zgemma HS2 freesat box. When the BBC recently went fully HD I lost my local BBC North West in both HD and non HD despite the signal percentage showing as high on both. I have 99% of the other BBC local HD stations but not my own.
