Just bought a midi dress with belt online from known boutique in kildare. Looks nice but the waist is quite high. I'm 5ft 4. Is this common with dresses now or just bad luck? I keep pulling down the waist but the waist line is too obvious. Maybe I'm over analysing it but other than that I like the dress. Been looking for a…
