Am visiting (from UK) Kells Blackwater 17 -18 May - which I have never fished before. Was intending (having bought permit from excellent Kells Anglers website) to fish Lough Ramor top end of river (Daly s Bridge to Nine Eyed Bridge). Dry fly and nymphing. Would anyone be so kind as to give me a steer: is this a good stretch? Are there better beats? Is access obvious and relatively easy? Parking?
