    Hi All

    I've been doing oil and filters myself for my leon 1.6tdi but was wondering

    about things like coolant etc... Are there other things I need to send it in

    to garage that they do as part of ongoing services.

    Also is there any point in getting alternator changed as part of preventative maintainance

    rather than waiting for car to breakdown/not start some morning.

    Car is 230km
