    Hi All

At a recent Neurologists appointment it was mentioned that I should consider taking supplements (in conjunction with prescription meds) as a preventative measure.

The ones recommended to me were Magnesium Oxide, Vitamin B2 and Coenzyme Q10.

No I have found a product called Dolovent that contains all 3 in the recommended amounts but it is quite pricey @ €57 per month, so I was just wondering if any one had recommendations for sources of the supplements individually at a reasonable cost and quality of product?

    Cheers for any help.
