Dwarf Fortress is finally released with a graphics overhaul to make it more appealing to the original ascii monstrosity. It’s a management sim where you sets orders and tasks for the dwarfs while trying to keep them happy at the same time dealing with random events. Think dungeon keeper meets theme hospital (I guess) or Rimworld (which copied the idea and updated the graphics).

This is evilly addictive, as in you’re always trying to get one more thing done and dealing with problems.
