Excel Help

Hello,

I've opened Excel today to see that every cell has been given a name making equations etc. a lot more complicated.

The name manager where I would expect to see named cells listed is empty.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Found it, it's an option under Options -> Forumlas -> R1C1 Reference Standard.

Can't even begin to guess how that got activated.

That's what I though also, but from searching a bit online the only shortcut I've found is here:

"...the combination is;

ALT+T O G Tab Space Bar Enter, only the Alt and T need to be pressed together then go through the sequence O, G, Tab, Space Bar, Enter - without any stops or pauses or commas. You will notice that these are just the keyboard commands for the individual items and they have been run together."

It will remain unsolved I think.
