Looking to buy around Watercourse Road

Thinking of buying aorund the Watercourse/O'Connell Street area. How is it these days? Seems grand enough during the day but havent been at night. I imagine its at a bit noisy with the few pubs around that area.

Pretty quiet id say only quinlans place on corner left now heard on radio bus load of asylum seekers dropped there the other night!
