2 months ago I won 2 lots from an online Easy Live Auction (worth €74). I was contacted by the eager auctioneer the next day and paid for Postage/Packaging (€10). I had assumed at that price, the items would be sent with tracking. They were very small items. To date I never received my orders and have contacted the auctioneer multiple times and kept getting told I would be refunded my money. I still haven't received anything as of today.
I wanted to check if there is any process to submit a complaint or claim against this auction house? Or do I have any consumer rights to get my €84 returned?
