    DIYSOS Series Finale

    In the final episode of the series, the DIY SOS team and the local community in the tiny village of Coolaney, Sligo come together in their droves to provide young mother Claire Carpenter, her partner Ross Mannion and their children’s home with vital adaptations that would allow Claire to return home from hospital after she suffered a serious stroke.
