BBC Red Button, how to find?

Hi folks Can I watch BBC red button on my set top box? The channel is listed but nothing is showing. Tried a retune and got the same results. I've an Amiko Mini Combo Extra. Kind regards, Ronan

Try Manually tuning it (and that there is something being broadcast on it)
