Another VRT Thread!

I recently paid VRT on my 2015 BMW 430D Auto. The CO2 figure quoted on the cars logbook is 134 (NEDC). The VRT centre used their calculation system to convert this to WLTP which brought the CO2 rate up to 165. Therefore they charged me VRT at a rate of 30%. I'm having difficulty finding out what CO2 figure is associated with this car after 2018 when BMW would have had to use the WLTP figure.

My question is: if the figure issued by BMW is lower than the calculated figure by Revenue, is there any comeback? Has anyone tried to instigate an appeal on this basis?

Do you mind me asking how much VRT you paid on this spec for a comparison?
