Transfer files to new phone

My old phone in my computer on PC says there are 30 GB of files but when opened in explorer on PC there are nothing like thatshowing. Only a couple of gigs. Any know why this is?

Hidden files? Did you try use treesize? Free version will do all you need.
On 2nd read perhaps the other files are stored on the old phone itself and not as card?

Maybe if you could show us a screenshot of what you mean we may be able to help further.

Its the old phone internal memory I am looking at. I will look up treesize. Thanks
