Does anyone know who and how to get a valid contact to fix an intergas boiler

    My intergas boiler has not been working for some time now! It works for a little while and goes to fault 5 and stops working! So I have no hot water and no heat! I have contacted the company in uk but they don’t cover Ireland I tried contacting the Netherlands but no response! Plumber came to take a look but couldn’t fix it! I don’t know what else to do

    Find out who the importers are and contact them for a list of service personnel.

    Start ringing RGI's and asking if they repair them or know of someone who does. Keep ringing different ones until you get a result.

    In my experience forget about emailing anyone, it's too easy to ignore or gets lost in the spam.

    I know that in the Limerick area that they are the boiler of choice for City and County heating. They may be able to give you a lead on who to contact.
