Grundfos Scala2 leaking - turn off?

    Hi folks

Like many others, we have a Scala2 that has sprung a leak (dripping from the bottom). It is still in warranty, so while I wait to hear back from the installer I was wondering if there would be any issues with switching off the water going through the inlet and outlet pipes and turning off the device? The leak is causing issues, so I want to stop it but I'm afraid turning off those pipes could cause some unintended consequences. Thoughts appreciated.

    Thanks
