It begins. I'm actually OK with this as I suspected they would tweak Snape significantly. Anything that likely means I won't have to listen to people rage at each other online over whether Snape is an "INCEL" for 7 bloody years, is a good thing to me. Also for some reason the idea of a black Snape makes the possibility of a black Hermione more interesting to me, and it kind of eliminates that racial/class undertones between the Houses.
This might end up being quite clever, or absolutely disastrous. Who knows.
