Hi all. Can anyone source the following poem/passage for me?

An old man lived in a deep dark wood, in a damp drab cave where an oak tree stood.

He knew all that there was to know, he knew why _____ _____ , and how big trees grow.

A young boy came to the deep dark wood, to the damp drab cave where an oak tree stood. He said "old man, tell me what to know ______ _______.

    Other lines include:

You have eyes to see you have ears to hear just the same as me.

If you want to learn you must look around, if you look and learn, you ______ _____ _______.
