Claiming for a car crash

    How does it work claiming from car insurance I have fully comp insurance. Driving at night and car skidded on sleet on the road lost control of car and crashed my car. The car is not repairable and was also on finance, have already reported to insurance company but how long does this process take

    It will depend on a few different factors including them disputing the value of the car pre-crash, belief of cause of incident, workload within the insurance company, etc.
