PSO Levy Refund - Bord Gais

According to bonkers.ie https://www.bonkers.ie/blog/gas-electricity/cru-announces-details-for-paying-pso-levy-refund/ there is a PSO levy refund due of €12.73 per month from March to October. Bord Gais are saying they will reflect this as a reduction in daily standing charge of 41c per day ( https://www.bordgaisenergy.ie/acc-mgmt/help/when-will-i-receive-the-pso-payment ).

I checked my march bill, received in April and the reduction has not been applied. Off to make a complaint to Bord Gais. Might be worth checking your bill.

They do make it clear that it will take up to 1st May for it to be applied. - Maybe you missed that?

They also say that if you haven't recievd it, to contact them.

Do you REALLY have to make a "complaint" and run to boards before you even have an initial chat to them ? Seriously???

Must have wrongly assumed that people on boards are interested in their bills. Not everyone is aware that the PSO is now negative and should expect a refund by now, which wasnt in my current bill. Similar to FIT payments, Bord Gais seem to be the least competent of the suppliers.
