Cutworms in lawn

Hi all. I have a really bad cutworm infestation in a lawn that was put in 2 years ago. The damage is catastrophic. It will probably have to be reseeded from scratch. It’s only on one side of the garden. But it’s a massive area. The other side has no damage at all. I couldn’t understand why the lawn was dying and I could see tiny little pinholes all over it. This morning there were thousands of worms at curb at the lawn. Any ideas for what I can use to treat the lawn and try and stop the damage. The pictures attached don’t do justice to the damage that’s done.
