Honeymoon Ideas

We're looking to book a honeymoon in July - we can only go for 7 days so we probably need to stay within about a 4 hour flight so we don't lose days either side.

Any recommendations? Adult only hotels might be better suited. Would love something with a private pool but don't want to spend more than about 4000-5000 total including flights.

All inclusive not massively important, we usually head out in the evenings to get away from the hotel.

Eastern Europe or north Africa for that price range. Can't go wrong with Morocco or Croatia.

Thanks for the ideas, looking now.

I guess additional context - ideally want an adult only hotel but with restaurants and bars nearby for the evening - we don't like staying at the hotel all day every day.

Near the sea would be good but not super important.

Pool nice, private pool better - but appreciate the size of pool you'd get in our price range wouldn't be great.

Well they didnt have a 1 bedroom with a private pool.

We are currently researching going to Zakynthos in Greece. Found a 5-star hotel which is reasonably priced for a week's stay all things considered (Tsamis Zante Suites). Anyone have any reviews of the area? Our only concern prior to booking is that the hotel itself seems a good bit out of the way- a 55 min walk to nearest town. Greek taxis cheap?

A taxi from Tsamis Zante Suites seems to be about €15.00 to next town Tsilivi, just having a look at Trip Advisor reviews. If you are planning on going out for dinner etc night, might be better to pick a hotel closer to one of the towns. Would definitely recommend hiring a hire if you can, it is a beautiful island, lots to see.
