Anyone got any experience or can recommend something, Want to have TV on wall flush and Xbox and sky Q in press other side of the room. Will to pay reasonable price for a solution that works with little or no lag (called zero latency I believe). All on Amzon have mixed reviewed and are more for laptop screening rather than gaming. Any help appreciated

Honestly wireless solutions of this nature almost always have issues, best thing to do is run longer HDMI cables. If you can't run through the walls then you could consider concealing the cables using D-line or something similar.

Long HDMI cables have their downsides too. I think the max is 40 feet (13m or so) but in reality, anything over 25 feet (8m) is asking for trouble. You'd be better off trying to locate the console closer to the TV, even if that means mounting it also.

Think I'll have to bury them in the wall which unfortunately is a solid wall! Was trying to avoid having to replaster etc

Build a box on the outside wall and drill wires through 😁

Also you shouldn't leave these consoles inside a cabinet they need air to breath. I found out the hard way with my One X. Luckily they have safety features and the console shut down. Booted it back up and got the notification about shutting down due to overheating and leave console in well ventilated area which I then did and never had the issue again.
