looks very nice. Kylemore also. Do the council buy in these detached estates?

Kylemore looks really nice...big money on the houses there, no sign of the prices dropping anytime soon.

The council or another approved housing body will buy 10% of all new builds and aim to buy no more than 10% of existing for social housing
