Hi, Just wondering if anyone can tell me if vulture funds such as Promontoria or Everyday Finance DAC are required by revenue to pay Stamp Duty in 2022/2023? Or if they are exempt they must apply for stamp duty exemption cert? Also are they required to produce the stamp duty cert or stamp duty exemption cert to the PRAI…

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can tell me if vulture funds such as Promontoria or Everyday Finance DAC are required by revenue to pay Stamp Duty in 2022/2023?
Or if they are exempt they must apply for stamp duty exemption cert? Also are they required to produce the stamp duty cert or stamp duty exemption cert to the PRAI duly numbered, dated and stamped which is then inputted into the ITRIS system in the PRAI system? TIA
