    It's all a bit of a lottery the first day. I'm going to take three from the Spring Mile (5 places) and The Lincoln (6places) in mixed doubles.

    Spring Mile

    Harswell Duke 8/1 . Broken Spear 8/1 Tropez power 12/1 (B.O.G.)

    The Lincoln

    Empirestateofmind 14/1 Montassib 14/1 Baradar 14/1.( B.O.G.)

    P. S . Bad is running at Ascot tomorrow . I have him at 5/1. Ran a cracker at Cheltenham and looks overpriced . Surely money back E.W. at least? (4 Places).
