Baxi low pressure

I have a Baxi gas boiler that is at least 15 years old and has pressure of 0.4 bar. There is no loop set up any where near it to top up the pressure and there is no such set up or pressure guage in the hot press. How would I top up this system? Thanks

Would have expected some thing with 2 taps and a gauge in the centre so when pressure drops over boiler you manually top up in the hot press as its connected to the cold water feed.
