I was wondering if with the raise in inferest rates and the banking crisis there is any difference in the Irish housing market since last month or so?

From speaking with an agent, people are being very conservative in bidding. The crazy bids of 2021 and 22 are gone. You would expect prices to return to pre covid levels over the next year or two.
