I have an Epson sx435w. The print is very bad. Cleaning heads does not work

I didn't use it much so probably ink dried clogging it

Looking for a new printer. Occasional use. Ink jet. Take non genuine ink.

    Suggestions?

Are you certain you want an inkjet? I ditched mine years ago because the ink was always dry when I went to use it. I was using it so infrequently I had to run the cleaner each time and use up 20% of a cartridge.

Changed it for a Brother laser printer (colour, b&w, scanner) and I've not had any issues with that. After 5+ years of use I've only recently bought replacement ink for the first time. A non-brand 2 black and 3 colour pack cost ~€55 from Amazon.

The initial price of the printer was higher, but the maintenance cost outweighs it IMO. The only knock I'd have against the laser all in ones is the size and weight. Not something you'd be moving around too often.

I’d also second a Brother laser printer. We’ve had ours five years, cost just under €100 and are still using the black ink that came with it.
