Hey, I'm hoping someone can help

I have an Honor Magicbook laptop, the trackpad/mouse keeps freezing or disappearing and may not work for days.
so I have updated drivers, uninstalled drivers, changed the reg edit which helps for a short time, done every update possible and done a reinstall of windows. The problem comes back every single time, the mouse doesn't work, or does and freezes. Its a pain any ideas what else I can do?
as I type this, it worked at the beginning and has disappeared since!
