Extend cable from fuseboard to shed socket

I need to move my shed a meter but the cable that feeds the socket from the fuseboard won't stretch.

The lad putting down some paving swears it is a job for an electrician, but to me extending from the socket to an ip68 connector will do the job, provided that I use the right cable. The cable connecting it is a 3 core

    Any issues around this?
