Air to Air vs BER/DEAP

Hi - I'm looking at installing an air to air space heating system and a separate air to water monobloc unit (all in one hot water tank & heat pump that vents directly to outside) in a new build to save on cost. Does the DEAP software penalize against A2A systems in it calculations? Thanks.
