    Hi,

I'm looking to upgrade my mid terrace old house. The options are mind bogling. I came across elect radiators. They seem very good all individual controls.. no boiler.. no heating pipes between rads etc. These with good insulation seen like a straight forward and good option. There's no grant for this rads. With no boiler and their efficency you'd think there would be?

Can you get external wall insulation on a mid terrace if your neighbour doesn't get it?

    Thanks
