Fraud on my Card

    Hi, there has being a flurry of activity on my debit card by it seems 2 different users.

    I was in London last weekend and both users say GB after the transactions.

    The first is a small amout, approx 3-4 euros in 16 transactions

    The 2nd is approx 250 euros over 20 transactions.


    I have the card frozen.

    I didnt allow authourise these tranastions.

    What happens next ?

    I had fraud committed last December. Get on the phone to them. In fairness, they were very good, BOI. and I got refunded. It was a credit card though.

    I got onto the fraund team, they are looking into it.

    The man I dealt with was very polite and good.

    Fingers crossed....
