full body workouts for young ladies dublin 15 area or nearby

Hi everyone, I am really looking to picking up a hobby to get fit and do something that targets the full body, I was thinking maybe some boxing classes for women or beginners, if anyone knows of anything I'd really appreciate it ! I am 24 years old and live in the Dublin 15 area. Thanks

Boxing is a great full body workout, we do ladies classes but probably a bit far for you
