What's this area like to live in today? The area seems to be experiencing lots of change. Is it multicultural? Old or young residents? Antisocial behaviour? Any input or if your from the area would be a great help

Lived in Wellview all my life. On the park for 11 years. Fine road. No trouble. Lots of diversity although neighbours tend to keep themselves to themselves. Any questions ask away.
