my father has informed me he has made me the sole beneficiary of his will.

I've asked him not to, he wont change

Is there a legal process I can enter with my siblings to divide the estate by 3 that will satisfy revenues CGT thresholds?

,i.e I dont want to just give them money and everyone pay a disproportionate amount of CGT

    thanks very

You are confusing CAT with CGT....

You need help from a solicitor who is expert in inheritance and probate. CAT threshold is much smaller between siblings than from parents.

Is your mother alive. She has rights to his will too.
