Hi, Is someone able to comment on the attached results and tell me how the system passes with there being so many tolerance check fails?

As long as the measured boost rates are equal or greater the the TGD rates then it passes. There is no upper limit. There are no supply rates shown so I presume it's a Mechanical Extract Ventilation system. If so are the wall vents noted on the report?
