Disconnecting the flex from Ikea Musik light

Hi all, I am trying to put one of these Ikea Musik light strips in a cabinet, and want to have the flex come through a drilled hole in the side of the cabinet so it is hidden.

So I need to thread the flex through a flex-sized hole (basically). Usually, I just remove the plug from the flex, and do it that way. But this flex has a switch on it. So I decided to open up the light and see if I could disconnect the flex on the light end. But I can't see how the live and neutral are connected here, and don't know if I should be messing around with it.

    Any suggestions?

Looks like a push connector? You should be able to "wiggle" the wire out of the connector, and afterwards just push them back in.

There's probably some small push-thingy that makes the wire come lose.

(Sorry for being unspecific, not sure how else to explain...)

    Thanks for the response.

So I've given both of them a good tug and a wiggle and it doesn't feel like they're moving. Am I reading you right?

    Does this help?

Look at the 4th section from 3 minutes 33 seconds in.

There are a few other on youtube about ikea fittings and they all seem to have a slot next to the cable that when you push a screwdriver into and wiggle it will release the wire.

Wake me up when it's all over.
