Hi folks, I posted this in the Food forum, too, but I guess people here are more likely to have some ideas.
Does anyone know how to make an eggless, gluten-free, milk-and-milk-derivatives-free crust for my rice tart, please? :) Does anyone have a decent recipe to suggest? Sweet, not savoury, if it makes a difference. I'm ok with the rice filling, it's just the crust I need some pointers with, please.
If it's of any use, I have rice flour, aquafaba and coconut butter at hand.
