advice needed please . 6 net wiFi provider . Promised us high speed but ended up a year from hell with them . All messages went thru whatts app off speed tests and hundreds of complaints that they have deleted off my phone which is worrying how they can do that . We had to cancel direct debit as service was shocking and all along been told lies after lies making excuses . Promised 100 mb speed €61 a months and on average got 4 to 10 if we were lucky . Has any 1 heard off this company as they block any bad reviews . Thanks for reading this . Are we entitled to our money back as the service was not what they said .

Could posters please try and find a forum appropriate to their question rather than posting in the first forum they see

    Thanks

They don't appear to have a working website http://www.6net.ie/

But they do have a facebook page https://www.facebook.com/6netireland/

I'd question some of their claims including "We are offering 99% of Ireland AT LEAST a minimum of 100mbps in rural conditions with our latest new kit. "

Question the claims LOL they are out and out dodgy. The speed tests are faked (or pretend if you prefer that better) and the first speed test is not even from their network but from "3" and not even a complete speed test. Top of the Facebook page they say Make the Switch 6 Fibre Broadband but from the rest of the Banners (and competitions) are for Next Gen Wifi.

Wake me up when it's all over.

Their registered address seems to be an end of terrace house in Thurles.
