Karcher cutting out and back in again?

    Machine is a Karcher 520M which has given reliable service for years but recently it has started cutting out after about 20-30 mins use. After about two or three further minutes it returns to normal of its own accord and works normally for about another five or six minutes then the sequence repeats! Any ideas please?

    Sounds like it's overheating.

    Check the intake filter in case it's getting starved of water supply

    Thanks for your input.

    Further checks carried out yesterday indicate that it certainly is overheating!

    The intake filter is fine. Obviously a faulty motor but it has given good service over many years so can't really complain.

    A new machine is now on order.
