Where to draw down loan amount from Permanent TSB

    Hi, I recently applied for a personal loan from PTSB and was successful in my application. Both the agent on the phone and the text I received said to draw down the amount to my PTSB account via the PTSB app. I downloaded and installed the app but can't see anything referring to it. Anyone know?
