tuna flakes vs tuna chunks

there used to be tuna flakes and tuna chunks for sale, it now seems to me that you can no longer get cans labelled as tuna flakes, but inside the tuna chunks cans is now all flakes and water, so are the makers now selling flakes labelled as chunks?
