Buy New home in Ashbourne

    Hi,

    I am looking to buy a new 2bed property in Ashbourne, the price is around 350k, but the old property in nearby is around 390-400k. Do you think it's good to buy in Ashbourne. The Property is very close to Tesco.

    Please suggest me.

    Avoid. Rented apartments across road from this development. Anti social behaviour is chronic there. It's not worth it
