Widening doorway in structural load bearing wall of 2 storey house with 6 inch pumped cavity and concrete precast floor for the upstairs.

Current opening is 1.6m with 2 rsjs in situ, going from kitchen out to full height sunroom, looking to increase the opening to 3.6m ( see pic below from sunroom)

Can anyone advise me, to support the first floor is it enough to acro prop the concrete floor slabs or would it be necessary to needle prop into the rooms upstairs ( given one is a bathroom, I would be looking to avoid).

Understand I need a structural engineer and builder but trying to figure out firstly how much of a job it will be in my own head first
