I recently started a free trial with myheritage.com, and cancelled it by email on 05/03/2023, within their two-week period. However, despite having had a reply from their sales team, they still took the subscription out of my account. How can I get my money back?

You would need to contact the retailer in relation to this to request a refund. You can cancel the subscription on our side through this link.
